A labyrinth of boulevards.
tribute.
I haven't been using my lappy for like, 5 days and I don't feel anything. Probably because of the fact that once you own a BB, you don't have to use the lappy to stay connected to your friends? Its like, internet on the go? And it is also probably because of the fact that once I get home, I will either be too tired and falls onto my bed or I will be doing my studies.

Yeah. Studious kid. Gonna get a great GPA this semester. :)

Ok, off to study with Maggie.

twenty-o-ten.

HELLO FRIEND!

I think 2010 is going to be a great year because I ended 2009 doing God's work and started 2010 by praying. Haha. It is going to be a great year and I know it! :)

3 more days to "sweet escape"(yeah, figured that I should the trip a name) and I am confused now. I don't know where to begin packing.

Was at Wisma Atria just now and found many leaflets over at the Sistic counter. One of them being, Backstreet Boys' concert in February, named, "This is us". Am so tempted to watch.

The other one being, "Chicago". I MUST go to watch this. I know I will regret not watching this, like how I regretted not watching "Notre Dame de Paris".

I guess my sweetest escape will be going to London one day to watch all the plays and musicals I want.

Oh! I stumbled upon this:

Yeah. His very own website.

Ok, I am off to get recharged for the weekend! :) to find my Senior Partner.

thanx givin day
I seriously think that this blog is dying away... I shall make a new year resolution to revive this blog all rights? Haha.

For the longest time ever, I've finally saved myself from murdering a phone. Haha. Yes, I have finally bought myself a phone and landed myself in a heavy debt. The good thing is, I am in debt to my dad, not the bank. Haha. So when school starts, I am so going to scrimp and save up to repay all my debts before Chinese New Year.

I am excited for next week as it is going to be my "sweet escape". Not that I am running away from anything, just that it sounds good to have that name, I guess? Haha.

i will love you more than that
I found the time to blog because I totally have nothing to do in the hospital. No, I am not admitted into the hospital, so it has nothing to do with me.

So what did I prepare for my long long day in the hospital?

Of course, my ever faithful laptop! And...

Never mind the sleepy look. But come on! Its "The Fourth Dimension"... vol 2! I went to Tecman yesterday to get some stuffs and was really amazed with the 40% off storewide so I went to grab whatever I can find. Little did I realise, firstly, it is 40% off storewide for Tecman MEMBERS. Secondly, it is 40% off on items with the "D" code and 20% off on items with "G" codes.

I am happy that I got this and add to my collection.

I am really happy also, because Jay is back! Yes! That Jay! He came back with his long hair. Didn't manage to hang out with him though. Prolly Christmas? No no, I am looking forward to Sunday! It is the day when Elyn is treating Jay to her promised buffet at Kushinbo! Haha.

There are many photos, actually, but as you can see, I am kinda stuck here in the hospital. I am so glad that I've brought my laptop charger.

Been going out lately, having real HTHT. Whats that? Heart To Heart Talk. Had it with Maggie and Rachel yesterday, over dinner. It was great man! Hope that we could've stayed longer at pastamania but felt kinda bad since they were waiting for ONLY us, to leave before they could close for the day.

Oh! Singpost has pastamania! Finally! The answer to our prayers for fewer fast food in Singpost.

I seriously wonder how long we are going to stay in Singpost. I am in total disagreement with the security guards.

I want to get a BlackBerry!!

take over me
I cannot seem to find any word to describe how I feel now. All rights, I will attempt to.

I've just read Maggie's testimony and man, you don't know how much energy it has injected into me.
Firstly, you've got to understand that for the past 3 nights, I have been sleeping very little and was physically stretched left, right, centre. Seriously, many things had happened and was feeling really tired.
I just wanted to sleep my way till tomorrow morning, when I decided to switch on my lappy to read Maggie's testimony.
My jaws dropped and I was so blessed by it. I felt that no matter what I am doing now, be it in pastoral or ministry, there is seriously a purpose.

Many times, I will tell myself, "just close your eyes and run forward," whenever I feel really tired. I do close my eyes and run forward, to grit my teeth and bear the pain and tiredness. Close my eyes to concentrate on God. But finally, I see that fruit.

God is a good God. He is not mocked. He said that, whatever we sow, we will reap. I've sowed my all into field, put my hand on the plough and I am not looking back.

I don't need them to thank me, I just want them to experience what I've experience. To understand why I tell myself, "just close your eyes and run forward," because everything is worth it. I am a history maker now. Are you?

love, love like this.
*faints*

There is XRAVE and I can't participate because...?

EXAMS!

Yeah. It has come to that time of the year, where we all pull our hairs out, drink bottles after bottles of Essence of Chicken, throw tantrums at your loved ones, munch on fattening stuffs and the list goes on...

Life have been really amazing and I thank God for it.

I thank God for NIE.
I thank God for lousy math quiz results.
I thank God for competitive people in school.

I know, these are stuffs which really wracks your heart, 'cept the first one. But got to thank God for every single thing that He puts in your life because at the end of the day, it'll benefit you. :)

Ok.

This is the longest library receipt I've ever gotten for the past 20 years of my life. It is from HSS Library.

I thank God for my mum. She got me this:

She came into my room and said, "merry christmas" and showed me this. Hahaha. Behind it is my Calculus textbook.

as long as you love me.

Man. Just one line and it cost me 4 marks. Now, do you love your maths? Haha.

Haven't been updating much, been busy with school, quizzes, assignments, church and people. I love my life. (:

After looking at the photo above, do you now know why I don't update?

Yeah. School is getting busier, I am learning to cope.

I really love school. They teach us so much things and they totally enlighten us! I love it!

I love sociolinguistic, though it sounds boring.

Shall update soon.

Man.
Went to watch "Manhood" with Stella, yesterday.
Wasn't very nice, but the actors made it seem so. It tested the actors, but the script was totally not concrete enough. So is it worth the $39? I say that it is, because they sung harmoniously together. Haha.

It is also very real. It deals with the problems that man faced these days. Be a man. Seriously, being a man is not defined by the people but how a man sees himself to be.

Gonna be really busy for the next week. 3 assignments due next week, one e-tutorial for me to finish by this Sunday. oh mans.

seasons.
After a long week, I sat down, looked through some photos and Jay started talking to me on MSN. its almost like a miracle. Missed him, man! Can't wait for him to be back in Singapore.

It got me thinking. Everyone is growing up. Come on, seriously.

Koon is in the army. He is acting like a reporter everyday, reporting his latest happenings.

Bernie is in the army. Manz. I don't know how is he surviving in there. Hopefully he doesn't book out skinnier than last week.

Siok is going to work soon!

Elyn is working!

Jing Hong is sort of working and starting school soon!

I am glad that we are doing our lives together. :)

Feel really blessed to have great friends who are around!
